I brushed off her tantrum about the heart because I saw it more as Burke remaining angry with her than about the actual trip. Technically, he probably should have brought another intern because she's already had the experience. But, I am trying to figure out why he is so ticked at her still. He's forgiven a lot worse, IMO.
Trudy -- what. you. said. Also, George - I was hoping that he would tackle her or something to prevent her from cutting that line. But I can understand why he couldn't believe that somebody would do that.

YES! I so don't get why Burke is pissed at her either. I mean, she just fell asleep, right? It's not like she chose to fall asleep? And it's not like she sighed and said, "Is that the best you can do?" or something. In conclusion, I want to slap them both.
Honestly, I think the show may be too upsetting for me to be able to enjoy much anymore.

The mailman just buzzed me -- which is a miracle by itself, because I was convinced they just don't try to deliver anything except the pink card -- and I was all excited, because I thought it would be my dress from eBay! But no, it was my mug from public radio. Better than a kick in the head, but still.
Burke might be so pissed because she's so friggin self-righteous about it and he's a sensitive boy. She's all "hey, we're surgeons, we're tired, we're bad ass" and hasn't even attempted, "honey, I'm so sorry, you're a wonderful lover blahdeblah blah"

sumi: I know I heard on my Fox affiliate that they'd be pushing their shows back by 20 min, but showing them in their entirety. I'm EST, so Prison Break will start at 8:20. My CBS affiliate doesn't seem to be showing the speech.

Thank god! Because I don't really think I can give it up. It's a little like watching a train wreck but it's a very fascinating and funny trainwreck. Plus often pretty.
