Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Yep, for Jesse's whitefont reasoning. A little anvil-y, sure, but they had a message for viewers/characters.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I like that they didn't actually go there, though.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Theodosia, I agree with your white font.

Oh, and I really liked they way they showed Jack in the episode -- He was really pissed off about the whole thing within the Bureau, but he's loyal first and foremost, so he didn't let on about any of that, talking to anyone from the outside.

Well, except when he threatened the reporter. Mostly I agree though. I don't like that about him, but I do think it's interesting.

eta, since I took so long to post

I like that they didn't actually go there, though.

me too, I guess.

still wanna know though.

Oh yeah, Perkins. I forgot about that one. He's been awfully rage-y lately, huh? Threatening that bad guy a couple of weeks ago, and the reporter last week. That's got to be going somewhere.

Hopefully, Jesse. It would be fun to see him go 'splody.

Oh yeah... He's either going to just have a meltdown or the writers have forgotten how to write character consistency .

Are they going to tell us at the beginning of the next ep or just leave it ? I'd actually prefer the later, personally.

Jack can be a downright bastard, at times, but you can see how his job puts him in frustrating situations.

One thing I really do like about WAT is that I rarely have any certainty about where an episode is going. The victim can turn up alive, turn up dead, turn out to be the perpetrator, any given suspect could be a red herring. And any flashback can be a lie!

I have to admire a show like that.

I've always thought that Jack was a little ragey. And also, not so much with playing by the rules. Though he seemed to get a little more chipper with the new gf so I was concerned that Maverick!Jack was gone for good. Or, at least, until the gf dies horribly.

Art Crawl!!!

WAT: I think it was the girl because I think her situation was more precarious what with the stranger danger stuff. Was the Lynn Whitfield character brought in just for this episode? Or do we think that she is going to continue to be around to make Jack's life at work even more difficult?
