"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

I've had batteries go a long time after being drained completely, aurelia. My old truck didn't make helpful beeping noises.

Our wings are not tired

Did you emit an EMP?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Aurelia, I think your electrical field is awry.

While browsing the mall I noticed it's swimsuit season. I need to decide which style to buy this year. Which will probably give me more swimsuits than I have pool opportunities.

eta: WHY are they showing previews for next week's VM during the repeat of this week's?

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

tommyrot, it that one of those litmus test images, so you can find out if you're porning everything or not?

Huh?

Did you emit an EMP?

I'm tempted to buy an old diesel Mercedes (something old enough to not have a computer). They'd be immune to EMPs, making me more safe from the aliens or evil AI hunter-killer machines....

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

I ended up liking Molly Parker more and more with each picture of hers I looked at.

It happens.

I was going to make pizza today, but was thwarted by a dump run.

However, I've done three loads of laundry and a load of dishes, and have showered the baby, so it's not like I've not been productive.

but was thwarted by a dump run.

I think my second interpretation of this makes more sense....

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Did you emit an EMP?

I don't think so. The cell phone still works. And the laptop. And no one from the Global Frequency has shown up to stop me.

I've had batteries go a long time after being drained completely, aurelia.

That's good to know, Ginger. I'm concerned that the time it takes to charge the drained one will cause me a problem, but I guess I'll find out tomorrow. This was the first time since Tuesday that I've tried to start the car. This is the reward I get for walking to the grocery store.

Is the picture supposed to be porny, or is it that I've spent too much time here?

Dammit, I was supposed to make pizza too. And bread pudding, and bleach my hair.

Is the picture supposed to be porny,

Nah, just supposed to be goofy. Plus the extra goofieness of being from the Star Trek animated series (which most Trekkers consider to be lame).

Is it worth $20 to replace the battery in an old 900MHz cordless phone or should I look at new ones?
