It's been nice and sunny in this part of LA all morning.
I'm not sure about what to do next. I watched the new Doctor Who, and maybe a movie. Shower and a movie. Or perhaps just lying here on my lounge watching stuff off the TiVo and Netflix. I feel lassitude. But not in a bad way.
In a cozy, things are nice, way.
I'm afraid my lassitude is going to be interrupted by Easter dinner with my daughter's BF's parents. It's cool, though, since I didn't have to cook.

Filling out a different online application -- they want GPAs for the two high schools I attended for a year each in the 80s. Come on!
ETA: Actually, they only provide space for one high school.
Instead of an Easter egg hunt, we're going to have a Swedish meatball hunt! I'm so excited, I almost fell asleep....
Well, if you play it with dogs and Swedish meatballs, it could actually be a very entertaining hunt.

I can't believe it's already 1:45. That's what I get for staying up 'til 4am, though. In my defense, I was actually working on my telecommute job so I was being a good girl.
Okay, you know what? I get that it's nice outside, and I don't really have any right to tell Not!Emily and his friend not to be on the balcony, but I'm sitting next to the balcony door to do my work because on the other side of the room I can't think due to the pounding of music coming through the wall with his room. So they need to pick one or the other and stay away from me.
EEEGADS! They're on the balcony? It's SUCH a mess!

I went to Mass (2 first communions, 3 baptisms--complete immersion into the nice heated pool, many crying babies, and only two hats), had tea and coffee cake with my sister, talked to my folks, and went to Safeway. Now I have to clean house and decide what to make for my Buffy-watching guests who will be here in... 70 minutes.

At the beginning of the semester, there was a student teaching orientation meeting at my university, at which they took a couple of pictures of the scholarship recipients for posting, I thought they said, in a day or two. I just went to check my transcript, and there's that photo, on the front page. Running just a bit behind, are they?
