I grilled asparagus last night after marinating them in olive oil and lemon juice for 1/2 hour.
Those sound excellent, and I'm not even a huge fan of asparagus. Of course, there's not a lot that doesn't sound good when doused in lemon and butter.
Melt half a stick of butter, add a lemon's worth of juice, and then add toasted, skinned, chopped hazelnuts. Pour this over the roasted asparagus. Serve.
Holy yum.
You can also steam them and eat them with mayonnaise. If you're the kind of person who likes mayo.
