If you're using a ceramic pan in an oven, I'd go with 375 for 15-20 minutes, but that's all off the top of my head. On the grill, it took about 15 minutes at low flame with turning or repositioning every five or so.

Now I just need the 80s fashion revival to bring back the princess-seamed, swing-style dresses with full skirts, from when the 80s wanted to be the 50s.
