All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Which is what, aurelia??

What did she wear? Well not a swan, but certainly more quirky and stylish than the more typical rehearsal wear of the dancers and her co-stars. She's just adorably colorful.

sumi, the link took me to a list on AICN.

Hey, I'm now the proud owner of a brand spanking new 40GB FireLight. And also of more than a gig of hard drive space that backing up to it allowed me to free up. I'm a bit depressed by how little of my drive was actually filled with photos, music, and other things I can shuffle to an external drive though - turns out actual applications take up most of the space.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

Emily, if you need help with the Piaget, let me know. He's pretty strongly influenced by Montessori (which I have coming out of my ears at the moment), so I can parse pretty well.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Morning, msbelle! We had some howl-y winds here too, plus about a half inch of snow overnight, which means I have to go and clean off my car all over again.

On the bright side, no hassle about people 'reserving' their parking spaces because really, there's not much point in shovelling out the street.

Ugh: 16F/-9C outside. Maybe I won't go out after all....

28 here, I don't want to know the wind chill.

So I was up early to do some work with the office in Israel, except they got nothing for me. hrm.

I don't really need to leave the house until 10, but maybe I can leave a little early and mail off the two most recent ebay items sold/paid for.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

Timelies. Don Knotts died.

They have post offices open where you are on Sunday morning? (I suppose the stuff could be going FedEx or whatever.)

I'm grumpy because I got all excited about going to yoga, but discovered my two sets of exercise clothes are both dirty. So I'm doing laundry instead of down dogs.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

my two sets of exercise clothes

I don't think I've ever had two sets of exercise clothes. A laundry emergency is when I have two sets left clean.

What you need, missy, is a trip to a Lucy. Fucking addictive shit.

Link ganked from John Rogers's blog--it made him cry, and made me weepy too. Goddamned sports stories and human interest.
