So creepy, Plei!
I burnt my tongue while making dinner. Stupid me.
But dinner rocked (pan seared chicken breast with shallot and mushroom sauce, and wilted spinach with shallots and goat cheese) and dishes are done. I can relax, except for the worrying about tomorrow.
Drunk Ryan Phillipe is not so cute.
OK, that's it, Kat cooks, I'll do dishes.
I had soup. It was good, but now I want Kat's dinner too.

He's not? I am saddened.
Spinach with shallots and goat cheese? Yum.
sarameg and Perkins, HA! Cass, the spinach is super easy. We had a bag that got frozen in the crisper, so I just wilted it, drained, satueed shallots in the pot, then added goat cheese chunks. Twas yum and I normally loathe cooked spinach.
I normally don't cook, but I actually can. When I do, it gives great pleasure.
If I have shallots, I could go make that right now. And I suspect it will be FG. Thanks! And then I could slice the rest of the beets I roasted from the farmer's market Sunday to go with and *poof* dinner.
I just watched GA (cause my mom was here and so television from about Saturday onward had to wait). I fall more and more in love
with Cristina and Burke
every time I see them. Or
see bits of
backstory. I'll rewatch after I get through the 24s.
Kat's dinner is making me wish I had screened potential husbands better because mine is a picky eater who would reject that yummy dinner without even tasting it.
Cass, you can also use garlic. And if you have no goat cheese, you can use lemon instead.
Oh, sparky! I'm sorry. I love shallots and mushroom and goat cheese.

That reminds me that we need to plan a trip to Shiok!
