"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

Hey Jesse, I can't seem to finish my assignment either. And I only have maybe 2 paragraphs to go (plus proofing and fixing citations, but you know....)

Grr. due tomorrow too.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Mine is so stupid, I'm about half-way through since my last post.

THERE. I feel exellent about spending a half-hour on these stupid things. They're part of the class that goes with writing my thesis -- there should not be other assignments!!

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I am so over having phishing explained to me...but I'm assuming that not everyone knows, and it does need to keep being said.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

People seriously still click through and then fill out those emails that are all "OMG! We need your bank account and PIN!!!"?!?

Or is phishing something else, and I need it explained to me?

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

ummm... do they have to check ID to sell them? Won't they keep for a while in the freezer?

Ann, that's a ferret.

Or is phishing something else, and I need it explained to me?

No, that's phishing. I think a lot of people fall for time-worn scams because they just aren't thinking of the right thing at the right moment.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

The object is to introduce subtle curvature into the walls. If done subtly enough, the result is that a person in the room would have a vague sense that something is not right, without being able to tell what is actually wrong.

tommyrot just want's everyone to feel like something is wrong with their eyes. You could paint stripes that vary just enough to imply curves where there aren't any.

There is a theatre in Evanston in which the back wall is not parallel to the proscenium line. I work there rarely enough that each time it takes me about an hour to realize what is wrong.
