To minimize noise, the aft-mounted propellers will be electric, powered by a renewable source such as hydrogen fuel cells.
I'm sure it would be all safety checked and whatnot, but I doubt that dirigibles and hydrogen fuel cells will be a reassuring combo in the minds of potential investors.
