To minimize noise, the aft-mounted propellers will be electric, powered by a renewable source such as hydrogen fuel cells.
I'm sure it would be all safety checked and whatnot, but I doubt that dirigibles and hydrogen fuel cells will be a reassuring combo in the minds of potential investors.

The Mariah Carey story is something like, she appeared on TRL wheeling a popsicle cart. She handed out popsicles to the audience and did a striptease. I think she also seemed really weird and out of it. She was also leaving weird phone messages on her website and soon checked herself into the hospital for exhaustion, so it's considered one of those infamous celebrity-breakdown-caught-on-tv moments.
