Riley: Oh, yeah. Sorry 'bout last time. Heard I missed out on some fun. Xander: Oh yeah, fun was had. Also frolic, merriment and near-death hijinks.

Like ferret?

Phbbbt. I'd pushed that incident from my mind.

Actually, it often tastes kinda like cardboard.

"Mister Spock is on his fanny, sir. Reports heavy damage."

they are not canceling 7th Heaven because of poor ratings -- it is their second highest-rated show behind Gilmore Girls, according to the Associated Press -- but because it costs too much.

Any reason will do. But I'm not surprised it's so expensive: it passed the 5-year mark, so all of the original cast got big new contracts (as these things go), and the size of the cast is enormous. There are husbands and colleagues and people all over the place. (My flatmate watches, guiltily, and feels the need to introduce me to all the people who parade past the screen.)

Also, I mean, it's a dumb show. But dumb shows that make money don't get cancelled (cf WWE Raw).

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I never eat TV dinners. I keep thinking I should give it a shot, because I am teh lazy. Are they traditionally microwavable? I don't have one of those newfangled beasties.

But the Foreman grill has helped a lot. I buy meat in the big packages, separate into twosies, put in marinade and freeze. For dinner I grill in twos too, and then one is for lunch.

Eva Longoria's still talking!

The 'Desperate Housewives' beauty admits she had a lacklustre sex life and struggled to reach orgasm until four years ago - when she had her first Brazilian.

She said: "Before, when I had sex I used to think afterwards, 'Did I? Er... I think so'. I was never really sure." After having the thorough waxing, the actress says everything changed. She said: "It opened the door to a whole new sexual side of me."

The 30-year-old added: "The first time I did it after the wax I was like, 'What's going on with my body? Oh, my God!' "Now I'm becoming more orgasmic with age, which is awesome. I can't wait until I'm 40. If it keeps increasing this way, watch out world!"

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

"It opened the door to a whole new sexual side of me."

Yeah, I guess that's one way of describing it.

I usually do what you do, ita, except not the twosies part, and I use a skillet. Same in principle, anyway.

I keep the tv dinners for when I forget to defrost something. Or, you know, that time the gas was off. And yes, microwave. Though I think you can still use the oven, but ehh.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

I guess I must be lacking in imagination, because I can't think of how really having hot wax applied to ones nether regions could induce one to become more orgasmic.

Um, where is the hair on her body that waxing it affects orgasmic function? Generally speaking, the female sites of orgasm (all the ones I know about) are hairless. Surrounded by hair that may judiciously be waxed, if'n you're into boiling wax being dripped on your soft parts, but --?

Call me skeptible.

If I want to become a cloud of bats, does each bat need a separate vaccination?

until four years ago - when she had her first Brazilian

Took me a minute to realize she was talking about the waxing...

I've heard rumours that the psyche was involved in a woman's orgasm.
