I'll just jump in my time machine, go back to the twelfth century, and ask the vampires to postpone their ancient prophesy for a few days while you take in dinner and a show.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

I shall love it and cuddle it and call it Irv, Irv the Iguana Purse.

24: GWD acts by sneer! Which, okay I noticed as the vampire cop, but I thought it was some method thing. Supersense or something.

I still adore his voice though. Betwixt he and the Jack? Purrific!

eta: Um... But not immortal here apparently.

eta2: Good freaking god the President is SUCH a damn pussy.

I'm also not liking the paranoid and ineffectual Hobbit In Charge. He gets mugged and takes out his frustration on CTU? Really?

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

On Leno, the comedian? SO FUNNY. My two favorites, I love the womens figure skating but in the Summer Olympics? I can't watch gymnastics. ::startle:: I didn't know I was a pedophile! I watch that and I have to go register the next day and then there was Oh, I can make fun of NASCAR, they come after me and I'll just turn right.

Heh! Totally taping that.

Which will hopefully remove my need to rant about 24. Grrrrr.

Swouncing

Skipping-all-over-again to post that, according to the Buffista Calendar, today is Katie M's birthday. Happy birthday, Kathie! With lots of wishes for a great day and a wonderful year!

mornin'

Cat got me up early again, and then the phone rang at 6:57am. WTF? It was DH's friend asking for his cell #. Weird.

I am actually planning to venture fourth into the world today after 2 days cooped up inside.

Happy belated birthdays to recent birthday celebrators, and happy birthday Katie M.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

Happy Birthday, Katie!

Ann, that's a ferret.

Happy Birthday, Katie!

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Happy birthday, Katie!

I went to bed early, because I was soooo sleepy, but then I couldn't fall asleep! That's fucked up. Then I woke up before my alarm, which is fine, but honestly.

Anyway, I have a new Prince video on my tv right now, and some extra time to lounge around before my doctor's appt. So that's good.
