Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Hey Aimee, did you ever get the info you needed on night terrors? I know I wasn't helpful (sorry) because I haven't even found a good answer for run-of-the-mill nightmares.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

I did, thanks. She's doing much much better. I read that the primary cause of them was over-exhaustion. So we made extra efforts to get her back to her normal schedule and we also stopped bundling her up in jammers like she was heading a South Pole expedition and she's back to sleeping like a pro.

Susan's Annabel had night terrors and their pede said an abrupt change in temp would wake them up, so they would strip Annabel down and stick her in front of the open freezer. Made for a briefly chilly baby, but one less inclined to thrash and scream and hurt herself. So, yeah, she's a naked kid at night and she's doing much much better.

How is Issac the Phlegmy Wonder? Poor guy.

Oh and for you Gilmore Girls fans: I was telling the story about how I wanted to apply for the DAR to my co-workers and one of them started cracking up. She said, "I can't see you in the DAR." I asked her if she knew what it was and she said, "Yes. Rory Gilmore is in it."

Interesting. Franny has nightmares when overtired, too.

Isaac is doing okay. I gave him tylenol to help with the ear pain and sore throat so he's not so crabby. But poor thing! I expect more tears as the afternoon wears on. And Franny just woke up from her nap so we'll be making a snack soon.

Isaac crawled into her room and discovered awake!Franny and was so pleased with himself. He just hooted. Then of course she laughed.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

These are the bits you need to hang onto when they can't stand each other. Release the cute!

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

[Abdala] said she ultimately decided not to take the job because the reduced salary ''might have been realistic for other people to survive on, but I like nicer things. I like the finer things in life."

Yeah, good luck finding that higher-paying job now.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Oh, she's a piece of work, all right. The lawyer should have been glad he dodged a bullet and didn't get her as an employee.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Abdala, who described herself as a ''trust fund baby," was admitted to the Massachusetts bar last year and said that since then she has ''just been taking it easy" because ''I worked hard in school." She decided to respond to Korman's job posting because ''I wanted to establish somewhat of a career for myself," she said. ''No one wants to be living off daddy."

Oh my total weeping Lord. What was that German word again, about a face that's just begging for a slapping?

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.
