No studying? Damn! Next thing they'll tell me is I'll have to eat jelly doughnuts or sleep with a supermodel to get things done around here. I ask you, how much can one man give?

Once again, Emily, I suggest electric shocks for the students who don't do the homework... administered by the students who do. That'll teach them!

Snow thieves! It's been sunny here in Utah, which generally means uselessly cold.

I'll put that right under the part where I cite Argus Filch as my favorite educational theorist.

Oh honey, the mentally unwell people have been in the fanbase since Game Changers was Stucky fanfiction on the internet. The calls have been coming from inside the house the whole time!

It's a pity that, in all likelihood, no charges will be filed.

But understandable given that it was an accident and the shooting victim was a friend. Now, if it had been a case of him "accidentally" shooting an EPA director or the DA prosecuting the Enron case, we might have seen some legal action.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Today is a lovely day in LA. I know this because we opened the door to room 3 when I was teaching in it. I will also open my balcony door.

I know I'm not to beat myself up about not being able to take part in more of the day. So I won't.

I will instead put the roses in a vase, cook myself some lunch, and plan lunches for the week. Oh, and work. All perfectly cromulent indoor things which can be done pretty slowly.

The skies have cleared and are that beautiful luminescent deep blue only winter nights seem to bring. And there is a full moon.

It's rather pretty.

Heh, a site that lets you take any picture and make a romance novel cover out of it.
