Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

Nilly!

My attempt to keep up in Natter has failed miserably. After skimming and skipping, I'm curious about Zillow, but missed the link and info on it.

information libertarian

It can do condos. I don't really know what a co-op is, except I think it's a New York-y sort of condo, is that right?

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

yeah, it did my condo, and the other unit in the building.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Oops, I got the quote wrong:

Bush says that the "Constitution is just a Goddamned piece of paper"

For Bush, the "State" is Absolute - interesting essay....

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

Where was the placement? I missed it.

I forget this week's...last week was Jack's msg to Mike Nozick (sp?).

In a condo building you buy a unit in the building and have a share in the common areas. In a co-op you co-own the entire building. That is why it is more difficult to get into a co-op, because the other owners depend on your contribution. I think they are analogous to a partnership vs. corporate shareholder.
