Illyria: Wesley's dead. I'm feeling grief for him. I can't seem to control it. I wish to do more violence. Spike: Well, wishes just happen to be horses today.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

White, I think. Dude, these lips are all the evidence you need, man.

Did I say weird?

I just tried to rip the tracks off the Lovesexy album and THEY'RE ALL ONE BIG TRACK. Jaysus.

"The fact that we live at the bottom of a deep gravity well, on the surface of a gas covered planet going around a nuclear fireball 90 million miles away and think this to be normal is obviously some indication of how skewed our perspective tends to be."

How weird. Not weird like the people who think I'm Asian, but still weird.

Okay, am I the only one who read that as "people who think I'm Aslan"?

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Okay, am I the only one who read that as "people who think I'm Aslan?"

Yes.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

How weird. Not weird like the people who think I'm Asian, but still weird.

You're not Asian?!

Sorry, that was hacky.

I'm looking at a Jamaican marriage certificate at work. Under "Condition" the groom is listed as divorced. The appellation for the bride? "Spinster." I also like that the space for profession is labeled "calling." Those crazy Jamaicans!

Art Crawl!!!

> Also, I have to wonder why they chose to do such a gimmicky challenge this late in the game. It seems better suited to earlier in the season.

This was my thought exactly! I was disappointed when I heard what the challenge was. I do think that the designers did really well and that out of this group: Kara, Daniel and Chloe, anyone of them could have won and made me happy. I think that it was also pretty close for the bottom three and I hope that Nick pulls himself together after this! He's been disappointing me.

I love that Tim said that in his blog! I emailed it to all my friends.

information libertarian

I was at a wedding in Italy, at which the groom was publicly announced as "divorziato" and the bride as "nubile." Since she was 40 and they'd been living together for many years, this was especially funny.

Yes.

"I'll get my coat."

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

Okay, am I the only one who read that as "people who think I'm Aslan?"

I am now giggling madly, imagining a creature with the body of a lion and the head of ita. Or ita with a mane!

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

Since she was 40 and they'd been living together for many years, this was especially funny.

Does Italy not announce the ever-amusing state of "concubinage" like they do in France?
