I was going to try Nordstrom, but I don't know if it'll be worth it; the fancy measuring-and-helping bra lady at Macy's netted me three expensive bras, none of which held up under actual daily wear. I do about as well at TJ Maxx on my own as at the big-name places with helpers, and for about a third the price. But I dunno... all my local friends keep talking up the Nordstrom bra ladies.
Right now I'm wearing a vintage bullet bra from eBay -- a fair amount of flexible boning around the ribcage, but no actual wires, and the cups are pure unboned fabric. After the repeated stabbage of yesterday, my boobs are now ridiculously happy.
most comfy bra I've worn in a long time - [link]
no wires, and has stood up to wear.
Also, did I miss a Western trend? Do we have Brokeback Mountain or summat to thank for the boots and belts all over the place?
Gay cowboys and sudden accessorizing? Mmm...mighty suspicious. At least it's better than the merchandising promotions for Memoirs of a Geisha.
WHY the 800 Girls Gone Wild ads during The Colbert Report? ugh.
msbelle, that link gives me no love. What's the brand name?
Warner's Friday bra, you can get them at Macy's and JCPenney - usually around $20.
Oh, those look comfy. Thanks!
These are very pretty. So pretty I don't believe in them.
Okay, I didn't order in yesterday. In fact, I skipped dinner. Why does this convince me I will order in tonight?
These are very pretty.
Oooh, those are pretty. I wonder if that works in places where the soil has very high or very low clay content.
I need to make a shinny mudball
also I need to shop at the 15 dollar store
