I'm making Mac and Cheese from the ATK Cookbook. It's wanting me to put Tabasco in the mac and cheese. Does that seem wrong to anyone else?

I've used cayenne pepper in Mac and Cheese type dishes, so the hot doesn't sound wrong, but I'm curious on the whole vinegar-y aspect. Is the tabasco for a sauce to bake it with?

I just learned yesterday that Albert Brooks and Super Dave are brothers. And that their birth last name is Einstein. Which means that Albert Brooks' real name is Albert Einstein. I wonder if his parents are disappointed he went into comedy?

I ususally use the super hot ground mustard, but I'd be willing to try tabasco in its absence.

actually, this is a stovetop recipe.With evaporated milk, and mustard and tabasco (which I'm using cholula instead) and cheese of my choice.

I heard him say recently that his name was a big part of the reason he went into comedy in the first place, so they've no one to blame but themselves, if so.
