Anya: We should drop a piano on her. It always works for that creepy cartoon rabbit when he's running from that nice man with the speech impediment. Giles: Yes, or perhaps we could paint a convincing fake tunnel on the side of a mountain.

Spike's Bitches 28: For the Safety of Puppies...and Christmas!

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

But if Perkins wants to buy me a plane ticket, I'll gladly fold her laundry for her...

I'm pretty sure some of it will still be around in May...

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

go Sean!

Daniel - I get a lot of jobs that I have to write essays for - and often in the interview I am asked the same question. So for some of the more invovled ones use the questions as a way of organizing thoughts you may have to speak about --

common library question - We have a diverse student body, tell us about your experience working in a diverse environment. My basic answer translates well to Customer service environment. Libraries are all about diversity some people speak english, other don't. Some people are in the library eery day , some people have never been in before. Some people know what they need, other don't . ETc, .. I can go on and on about that one....

But I was actually glad to see it on paper first, because I was vaguely confused by the fact that they needed to ask that question.

and I am guessing they want to see written , or thoughtful comunication vs. more spontaneous, verbal communications. So that is something you might need to think about showing

I'm pretty sure some of it will still be around in May...

So you're saying you're buying my plane ticket to the F2F....?

meara, have you checked ebay? It's not all used boots that are being sold over there.

Yes - I'm supposed to be cleaning. But I've done quite a bit already! Really!

All is well that ends in pizza.

Thanks Beth.

...who needs sleep, no, you're never gonna get it, who needs sleep, tell me what's that for, who needs sleep, no you're never gonna get it, there's a guy that's been awake since the second world war...

I just turned in my homework. It is not up to my normal stuff, I answered 9 of 10 questions and a couple were incomplete. But I just can't think any more. I just want to pass the class. I am really beyond caring about the grade.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Damn it was a good day. But damn it was a long day too.

Highlights:

  • Whale watching trip on a 38-foot sailboat that actually resulted in whale viewage along with several hours out on the ocean on a gorgeous day. Sighhhhh. I snapped a few pics on my phone of the day but I haven't sent them anywhere. Actually I have sent them to a few people, I should clarifly that I haven't *posted* them anywhere yet.

  • My favorite pair of shoes were on hugantic sale so I have a pair in a pale tan (camel?) suede now. They were out in black or I would have bought a pair to have in reserve, I love them just that much.

Lowlights:

  • It was a fabulous day, I don't need to bitch about the parts that weren't as amazing. Yet.

they should be shipping on Saturday.
Whoo! I sent an email to the Cookbook acct asking if I can get the three I bought shipped to their owners and not all to me. If I can, fantabulous. If not, no stress.
Unemployment is meant for advancing any mental illnesses you have, exacerbating addictions (or cultivating new ones) and watching your pile of laundry grow.
*hearting* Erin like craxxxy.
The producers love me so much, they've already asked me onboard for their next show, which starts next week.
Excellent news, Seanie!
The cat provided the Asscaps.
Cats are tricksey on keyboards. Mine still occasionally turns on the faux-tenkey on the laptop. But now I know what it is, so less confused posting when it happens.

Must go take (predrawn) bath to soothe strange muscles. Must also slather the aloe on the sun and wind burned face.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

The elevators in my building have news screens. they have taken to advertising lonelyplanetimages.com, with picture of MOLE RATS!! There are mole rat pictures in my place of work!

Aside from that, I'm feeling kind of sucky. But mole rats! They shall sustain me. And possibly leave me riding the elevator for a quarter hour each morning.
