Is Pitchforkmedia really in NY? Because, for some reason I thought that they were out west.
'Trash'
Veronica Mars: Annoy, Tiny Blonde One. Annoy Like the Wind.
[NAFDA] Spoiler Policy: Seasons 1-3 and the movie are fair game. Spoiler font two weeks for new content presented all at once (e.g. Season 4 on Hulu is fair game as of Aug. 9, 2019). New content presented as weekly episodes may be discussed with no restrictions as it is released.
Anyone know if Pitchfork paid for some "product placement." It was odd, otherwise.
Why? It totally seemed like a job Piz would be excited about.
I thought that they were out west.
They're based in Chicago, which was the other funny thing about it.

Because VM typically uses fictional names that sound like real ones. For example, the Pitchfork job was followed by another internship at a fictional radio station. Also, the way Piz talked it up, it sounded like an ad.
With reports of The CW canceling Veronica Mars, fans of the girl detective can take heart in this piece of exclusive news: CW's buzzed-about new drama Gossip Girl, based on the best-selling teen book series, will feature voiceover narration by none other than... Kristen Bell as Gossip Girl herself. Gossip Girl will reportedly air this fall on The CW on Wednesdays at 9 p.m., after Top Model.
That's cool!
Cute!
Yay Gossip Girl! With Kristen Bell!
That is all.

I suspect that the CW is ready to give VM:FBI a shot if Rob Thomas has anything at all decent for them. I suspect they are holding onto Kristen Bell in the meantime by hooking her up with this Gossip Girl gig (plus, she does give good voice over). So, she's still working, but she's not committed to anything (like a different new series) that would make it impossible for them to have her be VM:FBI.
I don't care. I'm still free. You can't take my hat from me.
