Carson and Nancy Drew.
Hee.
And Nadia Comenichi (sp?)
Hester?
I'm assuming Hester Prynne (sp?) from The Scarlet Letter. It made me laugh.
That's what I thought too.
I really don't trust that Mindy O'Dell. . . and it appears that neither does Keith.
it's pretty sad when the best part of the episode for me is Dick. i am annoyed that the writers decided to make Logan aware of everything Madison had done to Veronica.
I really think a season one rewatch is in order so i can remember what it's like to be warm and fuzzy about this show. *sigh*
i am annoyed that the writers decided to make Logan aware of everything Madison had done to Veronica.
Why wouldn't he know?
Yeah, I think he really should know either because Veronica told him or through Dick. It would be more odd if he didn't know.
this is Veronica we're talking about. she's not the most sharing individual when it comes to her life or her feelings. i see no reason why she'd offer up that information to him. as for Dick telling him, how would he know Madison was the one responsible for essentially being the one to roofie her? he certainly didn't tell Madison he'd drugged the drink he gave her and Madison didn't believe Veronica when she said that Dick had done it. the car thing might have come up when Logan, Dick and Madison all still hated V, but whatever. the car isn't really my problem.
one thing i did like about this episode was the shoutouts to season one. Mac and Madison sharing a birthday for startes. i'm also fairly sure one of the shirts she was wearing tonight was a s1 shirt.
So glad the previews were misleading yet again.
Also glad Bonnie's preacher father turned out to be a good guy.
Otherwise, meh. The answer to the mystery is revealed by a bookmark? And Veronica doesn't even figure it out, but just blunders into the answer.
While I appreciate the writers trying to remind us that Keith and Veronica aren't unstoppable super sleuths, the screw-ups, real or faked, are getting old. Can we just get back to them actually solving the case?
Also, can we not have every episode end with Veronica learning yet again to stop being so mean to people?
I didn't have any issues while actually watching the episode, but looking back on the experience doesn't leave me very satisfied.
Nice callback to Madison's birthday reminding Veronica to get Mac something, though.
