Y'all see the man hanging out of the spaceship with the really big gun? Now I'm not saying you weren't easy to find. It was kinda out of our way, and he didn't want to come in the first place. Man's lookin' to kill some folk. So really it's his will y'all should worry about thwarting.

S to the A -- using they/them pronouns!

Crossposted with Natter because, er, I forgot this thread exists.

Awesome movie poster for Veronica Mars, done in old 1940's style detective noir: >[link]

Yep. I have that poster, autographed, thanks to a friend.

I do believe in killing the messenger, you know why? Because it sends a message. ~ Damon Salvatore

I think i am alone in my hatred for that poster.

It's nice to see some brave pretenders trying to make it interesting.

Because books.

It's a cool poster, but "Veronica" doesn't look anything like Kristen Bell. To me, at least.

::shrug:: Most movie posters for the era that image is relying on looked rarely like the actual actors. Even the covers for OMWF only bared kind of a passing resemblance to some of the actors. I just thought it was creative.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

The opening scene reminded my of a Buffy dream opening.

Hester?

(I really hadn't thought of the Buffy dream angle.)
