Given the antagonistic relationship between Mary and Sue Ann, I disagree vociferously that Lilly would parse to Sue Ann.
You're right, as far as mapping the relationships goes. I was thinking more just on character traits. Lilly happened to like Veronica, so she was good to her. I don't think Lilly was particularly nice.
If Keith had somehow tickled Lilly's fancy, I doubt she would have let the fact that he's Veronica's father stop her for a second.
Who is the guy playing the CEO of Cheat, Inc? He looks so familiar.
Ah, I know him from
The Squid and the Whale.
Unfair! Kill me with the Cohen!
So, that episode was... odd.
There was plenty of funny, but Veronica felt off with a lot of her jokes, like the writer was trying way too hard to bring the funny. Also, I really don't see Veronica actually trying to blackmail a judge barring really serious circumstances. And what if someone had been watching her go to collect the "payment". I can't see a corrupt judge being someone who would roll over easy or be a really good person to piss off.
As for the promo for next week, I hope they're being as misleading as they were for this week, because otherwise, oy.
