Who is the guy playing the CEO of Cheat, Inc? He looks so familiar.
Veronica Mars: Annoy, Tiny Blonde One. Annoy Like the Wind.

Thanks.
Ah, I know him from The Squid and the Whale.
Unfair! Kill me with the Cohen!
*sigh*
Feel so sorry for Wendy.
Ick! And now Veronica.
I know!
So, that episode was... odd.
There was plenty of funny, but Veronica felt off with a lot of her jokes, like the writer was trying way too hard to bring the funny. Also, I really don't see Veronica actually trying to blackmail a judge barring really serious circumstances. And what if someone had been watching her go to collect the "payment". I can't see a corrupt judge being someone who would roll over easy or be a really good person to piss off.
As for the promo for next week, I hope they're being as misleading as they were for this week, because otherwise, oy.
Loved the Wendy storyline. It kept surprising me and had a nice noirish twist of the knife at the end.
Knew they were going to get back to Nish and Co. eventually, although I really don't buy that Nish killed the dean. Also? Keith is more recognizable than he thinks he is.
Not so cool on the whole Madison Sinclair return. Also, if the trailer's not misleading, I'm not hip on where they're going.
Also, don't much like plot points that depend on Veronica or Keith being stupid. They're both a little foolhardy, and prone to taking risks, but they're not dumb. Bribing a judge? No. I don't buy that she'd go there. (Although I'd buy that she'd keep that information to use at a later date, when more was on the line.) Also, I don't buy Keith impersonating an officer. He's not above bending some rules, but that one could too-easily mess up a case. Although the look on Lamb's face was priceless.
