I think, canon-wise, we just know she was one of the women they met on the beach. We're trying to figure out if she was only a fangirl or (also) a hooker, because of the 'a hooker?!?' in the promo.
The promo made me think she was a hooker, at first, but now I don't know, because I'm not sure if they'd give that away.

If we map Veronica to Mary and Mac to Rhoda (which montage aside, might work better), I think Madison Sinclair could be Sue Ann Nivens, as could Lilly Kane, and that both Dick and Lamb can map to Ted.
Now Logan and Piz are two ripples in Mary's stream of failed relationships.

it really seems like the only logical conclusion because we know based on Dick's comments that Logan had spent the previous 6 weeks moping around. the only thing that happened with another girl in that 6 weeks is what we saw in that car.

Given the antagonistic relationship between Mary and Sue Ann, I disagree vociferously that Lilly would parse to Sue Ann. Plus, given Sue Ann's attempts to seduce Lou, ewwww (cause that either means Lilly tried to seduce Keith or Aaron was Lou, which he was most certainly NOT).
Maybe Lilly = Chuckles the clown?

I was thinking more just on character traits. Lilly happened to like Veronica, so she was good to her. I don't think Lilly was particularly nice.
If Keith had somehow tickled Lilly's fancy, I doubt she would have let the fact that he's Veronica's father stop her for a second.
