Don't know. But we've seen that Aaron is willing to pay for/manipulate "evidence" and clearly has people willing to help him, like Kendall.
I know chlamydia often doesn't have symptoms, and I'm betting the treatment is simply antibiotic, so if her doctor was paid to tell her she has it (and include it in her medical record), giving her the treatment for it (so she would believe she had it), probably wouldn't hurt.
On the other hand, there's so much legitimate evidence to paint Veronica as dishonest and morally suspect, it hardly seems worth it to throw an STD in there.
Season two is coming out on DVD on August 15th!
Why would he send that to Woody if he's the one who took out the bus? To scare Woody that a similar fate was waiting for him, perhaps.No. To scare Woody off the incorporation deal. That is: Don't go through with the incorporation deal, or I'll out you as a pederast.

The same thought occurred to me. What if Veronica never had chlamydia, but the doctor was paid off?
There's all kinds of stuff that happened during the trial that could allow for a retrial if the State appeals.

Because of Cassidy's own land deal? That's entering evil overlord territory because either he was already planning the land deal before big Dick went AWOL (and was willing to take out a bus full of kids to keep himself un-outed, but was willing to use the tape that would have outed him), or, after taking out the bus, he kept the tape around in case he needed to use it, and once he started his land dealings that's when he decided to send it to Woody. Not sure I'll be able to buy either of those if that's what RT is selling.

I really doubt this. Anyone in the medical provider chain (doctor, nurse, lab technician) or a hacker could have leaked to the defense that Veronica had an STS. But for the doctor to have told her that she had an STS knowing that she did not, and put her on a course of treatment that could have an adverse result (there is always some risk in taking any medication) -- I just don't see that. Plus, how does that work -- someone pays off the doctor in the event that Veronica happens to make an appointment to see him?

No State appeal. The constitution forbids double jeopardy -- a person acquited of a crime cannot be tried again for that crime by the state.

Or her pharmacist...
How did you all recognize Hart? I didn't have a clue. I know tiggy said she just watched the episode in question, but she wasn't the only one to recognize him.
honestly? i would have recognized him anyway. these are the things my brain remembers while the important things dribble out of my ears.
Narrator's theory makes sense. i really don't want it to be Beav though.
Would the pharmacist be able to tell what the antibiotic is for?
