I felt meh last night too, but I felt that way even before the episode began. I don't know if anything could have made me feel otherwise. It has been too long, and being promised a new episode, and then having it delayed by a month (or whatever) was just crappy. I know it was done to save the show, and yada yada, but I've had too many shows "saved" by being taken off the air during sweeps, so that they wouldn't get crushed, and then seen them end up in the dust bin. All reports on the new CW network seem to consider VM a shoe-in for that network, but I'm tired of loving and losing, I think. Okay. /Eeyore.
I liked the episode.
I was a little disappointed in the MoW--both story (clunky, hard to follow) and execution (acting wasn't great, and nobody seemed to care about the resolution, so we got no dramatic pay off), but the rest of the episode more than made up for it.
I hope Logan did plant the coke. That would be most excellent. I hope he's half falling for Hannah, even while fully using her. He didn't know who her father was when they met? My ass.
I miss Weevil when he's not in an episode. I miss Wallace when he's not in an episode too, and given he was gone so long already, I also resent when he's not on.
Corny is such a pleasure. Dick was just perfect last night. Sometimes, he's too much the caricature. I'm glad V went to Keith with what she found. Could she be learning? Nah.
For a second, I thought there was a car bomb and that Jackie was going to be killed, and I...cared. *hangs head*
