I can't even.

If someone would pay me for one of my hobbies, I'd tone down whatever they wanted.

Yep. He used to be the best rant site in the gaming world, but he got laid off from his computing job, and Mythic hired him to do programming for their customer support setup. I have no complaints about what went down (except for missing his daily sarcastic dish), but the "sellout" thing was a long-running joke.

Because books.

the episode of Charlie & Lola in which Lola sings that tune but with different words

I love Charlie and Lola. But I have to watch it by myself because it doesn't float Sara's boat yet.

Now tagless for your comfort.

But I have to watch it by myself because it doesn't float Sara's boat yet.

Owen is fascinated by the giggling in the opening credits. He smiles and sways to the music but that's all he cares for. I record it obsessively so I can watch it, anyway.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

I just got an e from Joss' assistant confirming him for a lovely fandom fundraiser for the Red Cross.

There's going to be an auction where you can bid for a 15 minute phone call from one of the writers/actors from the 'verse. Tim and Fury both signed on as well.

I'll post details once the site launches (no, I'm not the organizer, I'm just the girl with access to email addies).

Anywho, I thought it was a fantastic idea.

I can't even.

From the "Soccer is ::so:: a tough sport" file:

And unlucky Hamburg 96 player Chavdar Yankow had to have six stitches inserted in his todger after a reckless, um, tackle ripped it open. The 21-year-old suffered a three-inch gash during the 2-0 win over Frankfurt, but despite his shorts being "soaked with blood", Yankow soldiered on and even managed to score a goal.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

There's going to be an auction where you can bid for a 15 minute phone call from one of the writers/actors from the 'verse.

Man, that's a genius prize.

"In the equation E = mc⬧, c⬧ is a pretty big honking number." - Scola

It depends on the bidder, I imagine. I'm trying to imagine what I'd say.

"So, uh... how's the weather where you are? Yeah? Yeah, here too."
