I looked at the HTML, and Cindy's not crazy. Well, not over this, anyway. The entire link is missing. Code looks like this:
<p><a class="nametext" href='profile.php?id=2'>ita</a> - Oct 11, 2005 11:31:29 am PDT
#<a href='showthread.php?thread_id=151&post_id=5215' name='p5215'>5215</a> of 5306 <a href='markpost.php?post_id=1139997'>Mark</a> <a href='blockpostauthor.php?post_id=1139997'>Block</a> <br>
<span class='tagtext'>I'm into havin' sex, I ain't into makin' love</span>
</p> <p>Suddenly I want to go as an for Halloween. But I won't.</p>
Yes, and on the source page I sent you, I noticed it looks like there is an extra space between "an" and "for".
edited to see if I just post the url text, if I will be able to see the board do its "[link]" thingie.
[link]
Nope. There's nothing in my above post for me, after "thingie" (except for the 'edited by...' notation)
I think your firewall hates Apple, Cindy.
Try another link to the Apple site.
Like this.
That's fine. I see "Like this" with the "this" blue, and underlined.

Also, the link works for me, too--brings me to a page that loads.
Can you see this link, Cindy? And this?
I got no suggestions, really. Something between the server and you doesn't like the full link. Yet, it's not the domain, nor much of the path.
Could your firewall be as simplistic as blocking a link that has "ad" in the link text?
1. a link
2. an ad
