Ugh. Feel better soon.

Buffistas Building a Better Board ++
Do you have problems, concerns, or recommendations about the technical side of the Phoenix? Air them here. Compliments also welcome.
Oh, support for editing and deleting posts has been added.
I'm going to build a quickedit help page. Seems like an easy place to start.
Cool. Thanks!
More changes to the beta board. Some fixes for tracking thread positions. Gris fixed up sizing of post content textarea. The message center now works. Threads can be subscribed from the thread view.
I was just looking at the FAQ, starting to get a sense of how to most easily copy that content over to Gud's pretty new board and I think there needs to be a discussion about its importance and relevance, perhaps.
I can probably copy it over without any changes pretty easily, but it's definitely way out of date in some serious ways and maybe this is a good opportunity to do some house cleanup? I know we've done some FAQ maintenance in the past, but I don't remember the process or our current feelings on it.
We should certainly archive the FAQ but are there really any questions common enough for a FAQ at this point? Do we get new visitors who would refer to a FAQ?
edit: Although now that I looked at again and noticed the "Last Updated: 5.10.2008" I think it's perfect.
I am still vaguely annoyed by trying to update the faq in probably 2007. Trying to get everyone to agree was impossible.
Instead of a FAQ, could we make some kind of Wiki? History, a memorial section, brief glossary, link to Buffistas willing to be found, etc?
I have to say that while reading Gud's posts in this thread, I hear the Charlie Brown teacher. Cause I don't get it at all.
What I do get, however, is the tremendous amount of work that Gud is doing, and I want to say how grateful I am. I am so busy these days that I don't get to the board nearly as often as I used to (I weep for the days when it was just an open tab on my browser throughout the day)
I love that the board is still here, and I am so thankful to all of you who keep it running.
