In terms of the FAQ, I think I will go ahead and copy it over and just put a "Preserved for historical interest" disclaimer at the top. Certainly a discussion about adding a wiki or other alternative makes sense I think, but 5hat sounds like perhaps a later goal.

Yeah, the not being able to log out is a known issue. It only took me three or four times trying and and complaining about it to remember it.

I'm working on three other websites right now that are sort of really high priority.
One is functional now, but I need to add a payment gateway. The other is just a Wordpress site, but it needs to, you know, look good. The other is a full-on web application.
