I'm a single undead gal trying to make it in the big city. I have to start somewhere and they're evil here. They don't judge. They've got necro-tempered glass. No burning up. A great medical plan, and who needs dental more than us?

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

Would anyone be willing/able to walk me through the ballot-making/voting set-up procedure? I'd like the F2F ciy vote to function like the VM vote, rather than like the date vote did, but I don't know how to do that.

The VM vote, like every "official" Buffista vote, must currently be "manually" created by me. Well, it doesn't have to be me, but it's got to be someone with access to the site's file who has some basic PHP skills.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

Ah, I see. Well, then, I'll stick with Mr. Poll, as he treats me fine, and I know how to make him work

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Uh, can the subfolders go under the "discussion threads" bar? I am enjoying watching the evolution of the front page, and think the folder icons are adorable.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I guess they could -- I'm not sure the folders are foldery enough to make it obvious, so I'm not a fan of it right now.

Jon, did you take out the extra space? Because now the deeper folder headers are messed up. I'll tweak that later.

Our wings are not tired.

The folders are foldery, but itty bitty because I'm in 1280x1024. They might be more foldery if larger. Right now they are only foldery looking to me because I know what they are.

If I want to become a cloud of bats, does each bat need a separate vaccination?

I'm in 1280x1024.

Me too, and they are very small. But I love them! Even if they look more like briefcases than folders.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

Larger folder icons might give us a little more space between folders, so that could be good.

I don't like the iteration with no title bar for the subfolders.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Yeah, me neither. They seem to be floating in space, and the red bar was kind of pretty.

It also makes the right column look out of place.

Ooooh, that's what the space was doing. I think the answer is to put a space after the subfolder name and not before the word "subfolder", if that makes sense. But I don't have the code in front of me so maybe it's not that easy. And yes, it was me.

I don't like the iteration with no title bar for the subfolders.

I agree.

I also agree that the folder icon could be better. I was in a rush this morning. If anyone has a better folder icon, then gimme a link and I'll swap it in later.

ita -- I promise to check in with you before I make any more changes. The folder icon was such an easy change to make and it was early enough this AM that I didn't think I'd collide with you. Still, I should have asked first.
