One of the things the American Poetry & Literacy Project [link] does is put books of poetry in hotel rooms. Perhaps we could start something similar for dictionaries. Or Firefly DVDs.
I once checked into a hotel after a very long day and found the Gideon Bible open to a particularly gloomy part of Job.
