[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls and The Inside), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath.

If I only had a brain...

"Overpriced luxury suite and craptastic stationary supplies. Try the night stand, next to the Gideon."

Yesss!

Someday I will open a nightstand and it will have the Shorter Oxford Dictionary, and I will die of happy right there.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

One of the things the American Poetry & Literacy Project [link] does is put books of poetry in hotel rooms. Perhaps we could start something similar for dictionaries. Or Firefly DVDs.

I once checked into a hotel after a very long day and found the Gideon Bible open to a particularly gloomy part of Job.

Tim's going to be watching Jam? Best. Show. Ever.

And by 'best' I mean 'sickest' and also 'wrongest'.

Oh Melon King...

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

Strega - Apr 24, 2006 2:04:05 pm PDT #9613 of 10001

How much do I love the possibility of getting to hear a television character call something "craptastic"?

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

I had a meeting at NBC last week and the executive's assistants told me "Drive" was their favorite pilot script (they rank the competish).

Ack! Variety-speak!

How much do I love the possibility of getting to hear a television character call something "craptastic"?

We had a television character call something "sucktastic" on VM a couple weeks ago.
