[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I sometimes make a dressing with lemon juice, honey, olive oil and garlic and parsley.

Oooh, that sounds good.

Congratulations on the weightloss, beathen.

Lilty, you have a good mom.

I am cranky. Teacup Guy's schedule is so busy with work and committee stuff that we can't see each other again until Tuesday.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

And of course I'll come make some enchiladas! Did you ever try making them yourself? How did they turn out?

I haven't yet. I'm so confused as to how to go about cooking the chicken bits. I don't think I'm supposed to wrap them in the enchiladas still frozen.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Um, no. You cook the chicken up (usually in a skillet until it's no longer pink). Then shred it and fill up the tortillas. Then pour on the sauce and bake. It's easy-peasy if you cook all the stuff that goes into/onto them first and then do the filling, folding parts.

Ooh, I know this! ATK tested it out and found the easiest and best way is to cook the chicken bits right in the sauce - simmer for about five-ten minutes and the chicken is cooked and flavored and stays moist. Once it's cooked, remove it and any other filling stuff and mix with the cheese or whathaveyou.
