Oh! I know this one! 'Slaying entails certain sacrifices, blah blah blahbity blah, I'm so stuffy, gimme a scone.'

Spike's Bitches 24: I'm Very Seldom Naughty.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

All is well that ends in pizza.

I think you're thinking of 200 Cigarettes.

No, I was riffing on it. That and 200 Motels.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

We justwatched "The End of The World" last night. Hooray for multi-region DVD players. We'd watched "Rose" when it got leaked on the Internets a couple months ago. Count me in having a crush on the good Doctor.

Calli: My people have a saying. A man who trusts can never be betrayed, only mistaken.Avon: Life expectancy among your people must be extremely short.

I sometimes make a dressing with lemon juice, honey, olive oil and garlic and parsley. Don't know if that would be OK for Thessally.

"You see? THAT's what they want. Love, and a bit with a dog."

I need to clean my house. It's so sticky all I wants to do is lie on the couch a bit longer.

Always Anti-fascist!

Dude, I love "Moving Violations" Made me jealous, a little though, even if being pushed through the streets by a guy yelling "Death to America" is not exactly my heart's desire. He's a good reporter, if a bit...insane. Like most foreign correspondents. Cass, surviving in a wheelchair? with this Hummel face? Total double-cross all the time.Unfortunately, does not pay overly well...if I ever take up a true life of crime somebody else will have to handle the cash...I fucked up the finances more than a bit this month. High living? No. Married man break my heart and my credit? No. I paid one of my bills twice. Even my screw-ups are boring.

Sure I went over to the Dark Side, but just to pick up a few things.

It's been a while since I've posted here but I haven't forgotten about you guys. I've been mostly lurker girl these days because I've had lots to do at work and very little time to read and post. To catch up I give you the following...

  • Yay pictures of beautiful Buffistae (haircuts & offspring)!
  • ~ma to those in need in various situations.
  • June birthday's rule! (Mine is the 18th - the same day my brother is getting married)
  • Congratulations to pregnant Buffistae & recents grads!
  • Anything else that I missed (sorry!)

IOmeN, I started a new diet 3 weeks ago and I've already lost 15 pounds and I feel great about it. Also, I'm going to start looking into some music teaching/performing opportunities in the Gainesville/Jacksonville, FL area in about a week. My mom and 8 year old brother live down there so I would be closer to family and in a warmer climate (Michigan summers are great but I can't stand the winters).

I hope everyone has a great weekend. I'm currently in Brookfield, WI for my future SIL's bachelorette party! (One more hour to go!)

(For the record, I got her these: [link] [link] )

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Congrats on the weight loss, beathen!

And you have to come down for one more weekend before you go. I need enchiladas!

Sure I went over to the Dark Side, but just to pick up a few things.

Thanks P-C! (And sorry for all the marriage pressure you're getting. I know that's been a big stress on your life.)

And of course I'll come make some enchiladas! Did you ever try making them yourself? How did they turn out?

t tackle hugs P-C

"You see? THAT's what they want. Love, and a bit with a dog."

beathen! Good to see you and good for what you've gotten accomplished!

My mom took me shopping at L.L. Bean today. I felt massively guilty letting her, because as much as it was her idea and she was really eager to go, I KNOW she can't have the kind of money she dropped today to spare. She was stubborn and would hear no arguments, though. Now I have many good-for-travel things to wear.
