That's the thrill of living in the Hellmouth! There's a veritable cornucopia of fiends and devils and ghouls to engage ... Pardon me for finding the glass half-full.

Spike's Bitches 24: I'm Very Seldom Naughty.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Hee. I want a gold course. Silly morning typos.

Laura, at this point, the only thing I can disclose is that it looks like it is happening. There are a lot of "but if" scenarios attached to it still, so I'm hesitant to say more until they've settled.

I'll still be bicoastal girl since I'll have the house in CT, though, at least for now.

Kristin, WOW! That's so exciting! The more Buffistas that pick up and move to where they really want to be, the more I'm motivated to do the same.

"Fuck Western ideologically-motivated gender identification!" Sulu gasped, and came.

smacks self upside head

Am idiot!

Lily is beyond gorgeous - I dragged my flatmate away from her work to come and admire the cute, and then I forgot to even comment? I'm an ass. I think my favourite was the Lilyhand pic - but the yawning one was also adorable, and the Destroyer of Sleep one... basically, this is one fabulous and personality-ful wee person. Bless.

One of the job offers is really good and very hard to turn down. So I figure...why turn it down?

This.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I can't say enough about picking up and moving. Sure, it's not a global fix (some of your problems will come with you, and you'll make new ones there), but if you can fix one thing, everything else can get more attention.

But I have a compulsive need to move every 7 years or so. I understand that there can be a comfort in being in one place too.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Ple is a fantastic photographer. You should've seen all her jaw dropping self-portraits. She has a crazy skill set.

Paul took most of the Lily pics, mind.

She has this amazing ability to squirm JUST as you get the shot, the silly monster.

One of the job offers is really good and very hard to turn down. So I figure...why turn it down?

Good logic!

Because books.

Plei, the pictures of Lily and you are beyond lovely. She's so wee! And so beautiful. And you were very glowy in the belly shot.

People, never clean your ears with cigarette butts. You will NEVER get to Paris that way.

This is so taggable. And I see -t wisely already COMMed it. Still giggling.

Kristin! Wheeee! So happy for you. Still, all kinds of strength~ma for all the changes.

Travel~ma to meara!

Laundry~ma to JZ!

Erin, the boy is clearly insane. Who would turn down handcuffs and Chanel?

Another Lilty/MSG shipper over here, by the way.

Um, I think that's all I've got. It's finally not raining here. The baby had ice cream for lunch. And at least one of my pairs of short from last summer doesn't fit. So I guess I *won't* be having ice cream for lunch, more's the pity.

I just have to deal with my debt load a little bit, first. Simple things like having enough saved for a deposit on an apartment, etc.

But I have a compulsive need to move every 7 years or so. I understand that there can be a comfort in being in one place too.

I've been in this one place for 34 years. I'm ready to see what somewhere else is like.

Steph is me.

I've been in this one place for 34 years. I'm ready to see what somewhere else is like.

Yup. Still me.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I moved in a panic with no prep work. I don't recommend it, but it worked like a charm for me. God bless the generosity of the LAistas (and that of Allyson's, since I asked the most of her), and the twisted fate that got me my security deposit (crack-headed stuff involving a semi-successful blackmail attempt leveraged at me and my parents).

Who knows how different it'd have been if I'd stuck out that one more month to the end of my lease?

What was, was. What is? Is good.
