Just for the record, I'd like to state that despite being nipped at by body image demons because of the Tall Blonde Goddess, I'm totally aware that those are my own demons, home-bred by me and not brought on by anything Hec has ever said or done, and that I'm really rather placidly unbothered by his best vacation EVAR. Placidly unbothered and slightly eye-rolly, but still.
It just gives me an excuse to Make Things Right.
However, since Making Things Right usually involves treats, footrubs and other indulgences, I'm delighted to pretend to sulk for a bit.

There was such a lovely moment as he was relaying his tale of how wronged he was when everyone (two women and a married man) turned to stare at him mouthing "You did what?"
To his credit, he had roses on his desk we assumed were for the GF (I offered to call her up the next day and find out by asking "How did you like those flowers?") so even though we don't think he won't make the same mistake again, he's working to get out of the hole.
