Also, I just like watching Mark freak out. I don't think we were even this unspoiled when we were watching it the first time ... he doesn't even have the benefit of "next on Buffy" previews. It's very odd, and strangely endearing.

I watched Surprise/Innocence first run on the TV and I remember being baffled by the meaning of Angel's scream at the end of Surprise.

Thanks. I almost always watch them straight through together, so I didn't have a good sense of where the cutoff was.
