It seems to me the reason Dru just sort of whammied Kendra & killed her without a fight in Becoming, is because one of the stunt doubles was hurt, but I can't find a source. Does anyone remember? Does anyone have an online source? My Google-fu is broken.

I did finally read "Slayer" which was cute but basically felt like a long well written fanfic.

It was kind of predictable, but I still really enjoyed it.
The new series from Boom restarts the story from the beginning, but it's remixed/updated, and the art is a HUGE improvement over the old Dark Horse comics. And it's only up to issue #4 (plus Angel and Giles in their own titles) so there's not much catching up to do.
OK, have bought the first 4, now just have to find time to read...
