For no reason I can discern, I have bean dip and tortilla chips. Yay for random bean dippings!

I will take Ibu since I have that at work, but I didn't take the anti-hist this morning since I am not congested at all and it didn't seem to help yesterday.

Well, from my experience, and from what I've read, anti-hist isn't necessarily for congestion - it's to reduce the swelling of your sinuses (hence, decongest for colds, which clog & iritate sinuses but don't necessarily cause swelling; anti-hist for allergies). The problem is, it won't help if the headache has morphed into a more muscle/tension-based one, which can be a result of, well, having a lot of sinus pain.

Which all sounds much more know-it-all than I meant. Some of the more knoweldgable Buffistas may be in here to say I've got it completely wrong, but the combo's worked for me during bad bouts.

I generally take ibuprofen for sinus, since it does reduce swelling. I'm also a fan of a drug called Percogesic, which is non-prescription, before anyone asks.

Grrrrr. I am stunned to see that Jeb! is once again trying to get another law passed to "save the life" of Terri Schiavo. This apparently is the biggest issue to face the state.

Dude, it's apparently the biggest issue facing our entire country! Argh.

ION, I absolutely need to do laundry, but it's cold and rainy and I don't wanna. Wah.

It is probably wrong of me to wish some serious irony on Jeb, isn't it?

I don't know all the specifics of the Terri Schiavo case, I certainly think it's a terrible situation for all the people involved, so I don't have a definite opinion on what should be done. However, I just don't think it's the place of the state and federal government to get involved in a single case. That's what the court system is for, so a decision can rendered after a presentation of the facts. Personally, I don't like the idea of being kept alive in a vegatative state year after year, but that's not my call to make in this case.

Yesterday I saw some people on a main street corner with a huge sign that said FEED TERRI Impeach Greer. and there's some guy with a van painted with all kinds of religous end time/right to life/save Terri stuff on it.

I feel callous, but I'm sick of this. The state has better things to do and if it were a Democratic Gov and President pulling the stunts that Jeb and W are pulling I'm sure the Right would be throwing fit. What happened to a small, less intruisive government?

Something is wrong here. msbelle gets an award for not not screaming at coworkers. Meanwhile when she and amych deeply hurt and thoroughly humiliated me the other day, everybody seemed to think it was perfectly ok. At least, nobody suggested that they'd gone too far.

What's going on here? Because I'm not exactly feeling welcome around here right about now.
