Hmmm, as someone who's been groped both ways, there's something distinctly different about a kid's groping.
For one thing, much more random. Very few men go up to any woman they can stand next to and either grab or poke at her breast. Those who do are considered a bit socially backwards, to say the least. But it's perfectly normal behavior for a two year old.
