According to Amazon, the second printing (that is now out of print) didn't have the lovely illustrations. You can also buy it at a print-on-demand publisher from the UK, or, I guess, half.com.
I'm seriously tempted too. I love stories like that.
If you scan the pictures, JZ, I'll put them up on the web, if you'd like. I'd love a copy of them.
