Time for some thrilling heroics.

Firefly 4: Also, we can kill you with our brains

Discussion of the Mutant Enemy series, Firefly, the ensuing movie Serenity, and other projects in that universe. Like the other show threads, anything broadcast in the US is fine; spoilers are verboten and will be deleted if found.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

I have huge fondness of YoSaffBridge, and the fun caper-plot doesn't hurt.

It is always nice to be reminded that we share a brain.

I need a new tagline.. submissions are accepted.

I just finished the dvds after only watching three of the aired episodes years ago..

I love all the episodes.. though I had no feelings to revisit the Train Job.

Trash is the best of the unaired episodes in my option, but really they all are 'fun' (if not so strong in storyline).

Kiss me, my girl, before I'm sick.

It is always nice to be reminded that we share a brain.

Yeah, except for that part about my never having read/watched any of that Hitchhiker stuff. *shuns self*

Guys, I'm not entirely sure on the policy (or how stricltly it's adhered to) but aren't unaired eps not supposed to be discussed here? Or is that a bygone rule, since they're not likely to be aired?

(And also I agree with Perkins.)

Actually, SciFi's going to air them soon, right?

I think the unaired episodes fell under the two-weeks-following-DVD-release policy.

Oh, right! I'd forgotten! Yay!

"Mister Spock is on his fanny, sir. Reports heavy damage."

Trash -- makes no sense, clunky plotting, but reasonably fun.

Message -- makes less than no sense, uneven plotting, "fun" in the dramatic tragedy while being witty sense.

HOG -- makes no sense, clunky plotting, no fun at all, and that's before you get to the parts that inspire dark plans of kidnapping and forced re-education.

For some reason, the making no sense thing is standing out, here. Still and all, catch me in the right mood and sense-making isn't always the priority.

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

I think the unaired episodes fell under the two-weeks-following-DVD-release policy.

I forget how many weeks the following-DVD-release policy is, but however many weeks it is has long since passed. So, yeah, they're fair game.

You know what it was, was ita's "one is okay the other not" post, which once I went back and looked at it clearly meant unaired eps is okay, movie is not, but because of the setup of the sentence I thought...

Yeah, you can just ignore me.

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

Of the unaireds, Trash is my favorite, though I do like HoG, despite the main villain being obnoxious. I've already discussed how much I dislike The Message.
