I had a pretty good night, actually. Ran 4 miles and lifted weights. The only bummer was washing the new 600 thread-count sheets we were given and finding out that they became scratchy and stiff as all hell. I don't know what I did.

I have no helpful suggestions on why they got scratchy. The new sheets (not that high a thread count, but pricey) I just bought have pilled like nobody's business, and I'm unsure about why that happens also. Maybe some chemcial the sheets are being treated with now reacts funkily with detergent?

Ok...just checked. Flights are still on, although, we don't fly out till 4pm, so a lot could change before then. I'm hopeful, though. I'm glad we waited till today to fly (I didn't have a choice...Emily could have gotten out yesterday...on a four-legged flight...ick!). Things should be a little calmer today.

Time to sign off and pack. It's gonna be so good to get home. Too bad I have to jump right into school first thing tomorrow morning. Oh, well. Life, as always, goes on.
