That's beautiful. Or taken literally, incredibly gross.

Spike's Bitches 21 Gunn Salute

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

And, sorry, but it doesn't make you look 20 years younger.

Not so nice is that I'm about to ruin a Friday morning for a bunch of people because of a series of unfortunate events and an upset foreign government. - shrift

Woo hoo, sj! Hopefully some of your luck will rub off on me.

brillig

I love my space heater with a deep and unholy love.

Perhaps I should name it Spike, because when it's going about it natural business it heats up a room quite nicely.

t Those of you who don't share my leanings may shake your heads at me sadly.

It really doesn't matter. It's just an opinion. Don't worry about it. Not worth the hassle.

(loving everyone and bookmarking like a mad thing)

Deb, wasn't Kenya still a part of, or called British East Africa in 1954?

That's one thing I need to know. I could set this right across the border in Tanzania - lord knows, between the Ngororo Crater and the Great Rift Valley and Killimanjaro, it's certainly scenic enough - but for some reason Meru, the "tree where man was born", is calling to me on this one.

I need to see it. It's so damned typical, me remembering the MauMau uprising and Jomo Kenyatta, but almost no important details of the place and time.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I hope it does, Maria.

I had such an exhausting day. Therapy this morning went well but it always makes me tired. Then I got into a little car accident. I am fine and so is my car, but I really didn't want to have to go through the aggravation of filling out police reports ect. I did anyway. Then I went to look at the apartment, filled out the big check to hold the place, and did some errands with Mom. After that I went to go visit the nephews. I was able to hold the baby for the first time. He is so adorable and I cannot believe how much bigger he is already.

So tired. Headed to bed soon.

I'm glad you found an apartment, sj, but sorry about the car accident. You have had a long day.

ION, I just e-mailed off the article that has been giving me fits. Now I can return to my regularly scheduled life.
