Spike's Bitches 21 Gunn Salute

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

snerk.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Tom is making pumpkin pancakes.

I am here to request unspecified job~ma for a friend, who really needs to get this job he's up for, to save his health, sanity, and um, health. So, I figured that this would be the place to request job~ma. 'Tis powerful stuff.

~ma, ~ma, ~ma, ~ma for D.

And, YAY, Polter-Cow is back! I did not change my tag the entire time you were gone because I missed you so much.

Hey, does anyone want to see cute pics of my niece and nephew from when were there for Thanksgiving? They aren't captioned or anythign fancy, but, still, cute.

This page has some pictures from our last day on our honeymoon in Vermont, some family celebration pictures, and a few pics of the kids.

Good Trouble and Righteous Fights

Hmm.

It snowed. Not a lot of snow, maybe an inch or two, but I haven't driven in any amount of snow since I lived in Philly. Which is notably flatter than Seattle. And I need to decide in the next ten minutes or so whether I want to try to make it to church or not.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Cute kids, Nora, with such a pretty aunt! And this just looks so ridiculously idyllic and sunwashed and autumnal. You have totally the best honeymoon pictures ever.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Nora--YOUR TENT! The one of Tom with your nephew slays me. Also, I miss the teeniness of a newborn sleeping on my chest. Very cute pics.

The cold, crappy, rainy bitter gray continues here. I'm going to have to make a quick run to Cinci and borrow Ray from Teppy.

I love the one when Sean is terrorizing Tom with some toy. Hilarious.

Hee!

ETA: JZ, we were blessed with beautiful weather and lots of mellow joy that week. That picture is taken outside the cutest cheese shop in the world, Crowley's Cheese. Delicious.

Good Trouble and Righteous Fights

I think I'm staying home, having spent my entire shower waffling between thinking what a fool I'd feel like if I was the only one who didn't try to drive in and imagining all the ways I could crash the car between here and church and failing utterly to come up with an alternate route not involving hills, given that Seattle is like, hilly, and the church is near the top of one of the more impressive ones.

And lest anyone suggest I'm going through some kind of weird religious guilt over skipping church, NO. God has better things to do that smite people who have overactive imaginations about all the ways they can crash their car. I'm just stuck vacillating between thinking, "What if I'm the only one who stays home? I'd feel like an idiot. And this stuff will melt by noon," and the aforementioned vivid imaginings of car crashes.

We're all getting played with, babe. -Weird Barbie

Susan, I think that's wise. If you live somewhere where people aren't used to driving in snow, even a little bit can be dangerous.
