ION, I just closed down an internet mailing account I had. Sure I had to sit on hold for like 10 minutes, but once I got an operator it was such a relief - he didn't try to talk me out of it or sell me someting new or anything. woohoo!

If you're a lefty and like the climate, you'll adore Corvallis. Exquisite little college town with all the amenities: independent comics shops, used bookstore, farmer's market.
If there's not much 95F+ weather in August it sounds like my own, personal heaven. It also sounds like a place that would be well-stocked with folks holding English degrees and with web publishing experience, but it still wouldn't hurt to check.
