Goodbye and Good Riddance 2004: Well, I Wasn't Expecting That.

Every year we watch the Charlie Brown special, do the Snoopy dance, wish everybody a Merry Christmukkah, and thank our Secret Santas in the good riddance thread. Which is this one, in case you were wondering. Oh, and 2004? Don't think we've forgotten about you.

That's the pain / That cuts a straight line down through the heart / We call it love

I'm hopeful that I may get to meet more buffistas before heading home, but even if I don't, this is the perfect start to a new year.

So cool, libkitty! I wish I'd been able to start off my New Year hanging out with Buffistas in SF.

It really doesn't matter. It's just an opinion. Don't worry about it. Not worth the hassle.

libkitty, have you got my cell number? Our home phone is out (stoopid rain).

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

In the last couple of days I've been told that I have no life. Maybe I should try and get one of those in 2005. Are there stores for that sort of thing?

The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know.

Phooey. Don't listen to them, aurelia. I have relatives like that. The lives they tried to buy in the stores didn't make them happy, so they look for it at the bottom of a bottle and don't find it there, either.

Sweetie, you're in one. Fourth floor, cocktail party snark, news before the mainstream media ever sniffs it, ladies lingerie (well, corsetry, anyway)...

dcp, that's good (for me, not that your relatives are unhappy) 'cause I doubt I have the cash for that sort of shopping.

Heh. Yep, that's kinda why I'm here. Thanks, Deb.

move out and draw fire

Sweetie, you're in one.

SO true. I'd be seriously psychotic by now if I didn't shop here at Buffista Emporium.
